之前刚开始做独立开发，因为看到小程序需要有营业执照才能收款，所以就注册了一个。但是现在在做海外的业务，国内这个户就一直 0 申报。想问问大家，我是不是可以先把执照注销了，一直 0 申报貌似有影响。。
